NAME
       oracleasm-status - Display the status of the Oracle ASMLib driver.

SYNOPSIS
	   oracleasm status [-l <manager>] [-v]
	   oracleasm status -h
	   oracleasm status -V

DESCRIPTION
       The status command queries the Oracle ASMLib driver to see if it is
       load and the MANAGER device to see if it is initialized.

OPTIONS
       -l|--manager <manager>
	   Specifies the manager device to be queried. Almost always
	   unnecessary, as only one manager device is in use.

       -v|--verbose
	   Verbose operation. This will print any debugging information.

       -h|--help
	   Display usage information.

       -V|--version
	   Display version information.

EXAMPLES
       oracleasm status
	   Display the status of the Oracle ASMLib driver and the default
	   manager device.
