mDestroy - destroy a mutex.

ARGUMENTS
mutex - mutex to destroy.
DESCRIPTION
Destroys the mutex <mutex> that was initialized by mCreate().
MT-Level: Safe for unique <mutex>.
RETURN VALUE
None.
