CLASS DESCRIPTION
     This class is used to create named elements to be placed in an
     iflDictionary.  It can be used a a base class for more complex named
     elements.

	  void setID(const char* id);

FUNCTION DESCRIPTIONS
     iflName()

	  iflName(const char *id)

	  Creates a dictionary element with name string given by id.

	  Returns a pointer to the name string.

     setID()

	  void setID(const char* id);

	  Set this elements name to the string given by id.
