gexif(1) User Commands gexif(1)NAMEgexif - show/edit EXIF information for JPEG image files.
SYNOPSISgexif [filename]
DESCRIPTIONgexif is a convenience GUI application that displays EXIF information
for JPEG format image files. Most digital cameras produce EXIF(Exa‐
hangeable Image File Format) files, which are JPEG files with extra
tags that contain information about the image. gexif allows you to
view or edit this information.

informaton on EXIF format contents.
OPERANDS
The following operands are supported:
filename The name of the image file to be viewed.
FILES
The following files are used by this application:
/usr/bin/gexif Application binary
EXAMPLES
Example 1: Opening the JPEG file test.jpg in gexif
example% gexif test.jpg
EXIT STATUS
The following exit values are returned:
0 Application exited successfully
>0 Application exited with failure
