NAME
       firestring_strncpy - strncpy(3) with slightly saner semantics

SYNOPSIS
       #include <firestring.h>
       -lfirestring

       void firestring_strncpy(char * const to, const char * const from, const
       size_t size)

DESCRIPTION
       firestring_strncpy() acts like strncpy(3) except that  to  will	always
       contain a trailing nil, even if the function runs out of space.

RETURN VALUE
       Always succeeds.
