EXPLAINATION
The Digital UNIX strcpy function covers the same functionality as the
OpenVMS STR$COPY_DX family of string manipulation routine. UNIX
strings are all passed by address there are no descriptors employed.
The strcpy function takes two arguments, the address of a memory buffer
to copy a string into and the string to copy. The strncpy function
takes an additional argument, the maximum number of characters to copy.
