cgiclose — frees memory used by cgi library
SYNOPSIS

cgiclose();
DESCRIPTION
The cgiclose() fuction deallocates all memory currently in use by the
libary and returns the libary to a state similar to when the process
began. This allows you to set some environment variables and test your
program again with out having to exit.
This also clears the stack of old states that were pushed with
cgipushcurrent().
RETURN VALUES
The cgiclose() fuction returns no value.
