       usb_endpoint_xfer_bulk - check if the endpoint has bulk transfer type

SYNOPSIS

ARGUMENTS
       epd
	   endpoint to be checked

DESCRIPTION
       Returns true if the endpoint is of type bulk, otherwise it returns
       false.
