DESCRIPTION
The routine SY_HULLM_I finds an interval matrix which contains both
symmetric interval matrices A and B and stores the result in B. Matri‐
ces A and B have the same storage format. The routine returns immedi‐
ately if N is equal to zero.

ARGUMENTS
A (input)
Array of DIMENSION (N,N).
Unchanged on exit.
B (input/output)
Array of DIMENSION (N,N).
On exit, contains union of A and B.
UPLO(input)
Scalar element.
Specifies if the matrix operand is an upper
or lower tringular part of the matrix.
Possible values:
UPLO = blas_upper (default)
UPLO = blas_lower
Unchanged on exit.
