DESCRIPTION
sphclr specifies the diffuse color for the bitmapped spheres drawn with
calls to sphdra that are located between sphbbp and sphebp.
sphclr must only be called between sphbbp and sphebp or the results are
undefined.

NOTE
sphclr only affects bitmapped spheres which are currently only
implemented on the RealityEngine. The routine receives an array of four
floating-point elements. In the current implementation on the
RealityEngine, the first three elements specify r, g, and b,
respectively, and the fourth component is not used and should be set to
1.0.
BUGS
sphclr is currently not available in FORTRAN.
