NAME
     slp_reg — a tool to register URLs

SYNOPSIS
     slp_reg [-r|d <url>] [-a <attribute-list>]

DESCRIPTION
The slp_reg tool registeres URLs via the Service Location Protocol in
order for remote machines to discover locally registered services.

The slp_reg tool allows processes to register URLs with slpd without
linking to the CoreServices framework (Network Services Location) or
     DirectoryServices framework.

     The options are as follows:

     -r url to register

     -d url to deregister

     -a slp attribute list e.g. "(a=1,2),boo,(c=false)"
