NAME
     pbi_updateindex — Checks and updates the local PBI index from remote

SYNOPSIS
     pbi_updateindex

DESCRIPTION
     The utility, pbi_updateindex, is used to update the local PBI index
     files. If the current index is already installed, it will do nothing.
