ARGUMENTS

	   Pointer to a SCSI Host Structure

       target
	   per target private data

       sdev
	   SCSI device

DESCRIPTION
       Update the target negotiation parameters based on the the Inquiry data,
       adapter capabilities, and NVRAM settings.
