NAME
     getbuffer - indicates which buffers are enabled for writing

C SPECIFICATION
     long getbuffer()

PARAMETERS
     none

FUNCTION RETURN VALUE
     Individual bits in the returned value indicate which buffers are enabled.
     The bits are named:

			 _________________________________
			  Symbolic Name | Buffer Enabled
			 _________________________________
			  BCKBUFFER	  back buffer
			  FRNTBUFFER	  front buffer
			  DRAWZBUFFER	  zbuffer drawing
			 _________________________________
			 |

DESCRIPTION
     getbuffer indicates which buffers are enabled for writing in double
     buffer mode.
