NAME
     getbuf - indicates which buffers are enabled for writing

FORTRAN 77 SPECIFICATION
     integer*4 function getbuf()

PARAMETERS
     none

FUNCTION RETURN VALUE
     Individual bits in the returned value indicate which buffers are enabled.
     The bits are named:

			  Symbolic Name | Buffer Enabled

			  BCKBUF	  back buffer
			  FRNTBU	  front buffer
			  DRAWZB	  zbuffer drawing
			 _________________________________

DESCRIPTION
     getbuf indicates which buffers are enabled for writing in double buffer
     mode.
