NAME
       exec - execute a file

       SYS$SETPRN - Set process name

EXPLAINATION
       A  process name is set at exec time and cannot be changed.  However, it
       is possible to set argv[0] (the path argument to exec should still be a
       valid file) in the exec call to be the desired name at execution time.
