NAME
       mlock - lock specified region in memory

       mlockall - lock all of a process's pages into memory

       SYS$LCKPAG - Lock pages in memory

EXPLAINATION
       The  Digital  UNIX  mlock system call provides functionality similar to
       the OpenVMS SYS$LCKPAG system service.  The mlock system call will lock
       the  region starting with addr (the first parameter) upto len (the sec‐
       ond address) into physical memory.  The mlockall function locks all  of
       a processes into memory.	 The calling process must be superuser to lock
       pages into memory.
