NAME
       sigsend - send a signal

       SYS$FORCEX - Force process exit/termination

EXPLAINATION
The Digital UNIX sigsend system call provides functionality similar to
the OpenVMS SYS$FORCEX system service. When a SIGTERM is sent to a
process	the default action is to terminate the receiving process. To
force a termination of a process, a SIGKILL signal can be sent to the
       process.
