       setrlimit - control maximum system resource consumption

       SYS$ADJWSL - Adjust working set limits

EXPLAINATION
       The  Digital  UNIX setrlimit system call provides functionality similar
       to the OpenVMS SYS$ADJWSL system service.  The  setrlimit  system  call
       allows  the  calling program to set the maximum size of the stack, data
       segment, and other system resources.
