ncplist — display various information about ncplib and NetWare servers
SYNOPSIS
ncplist command [arguments]
DESCRIPTION
The ncplist utility displays the state of ncplib and NetWare servers.
The first argument is a one-letter command that may be followed by
arguments.
The commands are:
b server type [pattern]
Lists bindery objects of type on a specified server. The type
argument can be one of the following:
Type Meaning
user bindery users
group bindery groups
pserver bindery print servers
tree tree name hosted by given server
Note that if you are not logged in to the specified server, the
list may be incomplete or empty.
c List active NCP connections on the local machine.
s [server]
Display NetWare servers known to a given server. If no server is
specified, the nearest server will be used.
u server
Displays a list of users logged in on a given server. If you are
not logged in to the specified server, the list will be empty.
q server [pattern]
Displays bindery queues on a given server.
v server
Displays mounted volumes on a given server.
IMPLEMENTATION NOTES
This utility is provided mostly for educational purposes.
FILES
~/.nwfsrc keeps description for each connection. See
/usr/share/examples/nwclient/dot.nwfsrc for details.
HISTORY
The ncplist utility first appeared in FreeBSD 4.0.
